HITTING LESSONS
Hitting Lessons
At Northwest Nationals Training Facility, our hitting lessons are designed to help players of all ages and skill levels develop a confident, powerful, and consistent approach at the plate. Our experienced instructors focus on building proper swing mechanics, improving bat speed, strengthening pitch recognition, and developing a hitter’s mental approach to the game.
Each lesson is tailored to the individual athlete, providing personalized instruction and drills that translate directly to game performance. Whether a player is just beginning their baseball journey or preparing for high-level competition, our goal is to create a positive, challenging environment where athletes can grow their skills and confidence.
To ensure quality instruction and maximize player development, hitting lessons are limited to no more than two athletes per session. This small-group environment allows for individualized coaching, more repetitions, and focused attention tailored to each athlete’s needs.
Players will train using proven techniques, advanced technology, video analysis, and game-like reps to improve timing, balance, contact, and power. Lessons utilize HitTrax Pro, Blast Motion, and the Delay 4.0 Video Analysis System to provide real-time feedback and performance data including exit velocity, launch angle, bat speed, point of contact, and swing efficiency. These tools allow players and instructors to track progress, make data-driven adjustments, and create a more engaging, game-like training experience.
Training equipment utilized during lessons may include:
Authentic Short Bat - Wood
Authentic Flat Bat
Driveline Bat Speed Trainers (Barrel Load, Handle Load, Underload)
Driveline Short Bat
MARV Leather/Foam Lightweight Pro Pitching Machine Balls
Two Hack Attack Junior Pitching Machines
At Northwest Nationals Training Facility, we are committed to helping hitters maximize their potential and become more complete offensive players.
