YOU HAVE BEEN DIRECT SELECTED TO PARTICIPATE IN THE OREGON STATE PROSPECT COMBINE
PLEASE READ ALL DETAILS BELOW CAREFULLY
You have been identified by USA Baseball Task Force Staff as a strong candidate for advancement In the USA Baseball National Team Identification Series. You are being directly invited to the 2nd round of the regional process. Your identification is as a player with a strong opportunity to make the Northwest Regional Team and compete for a one the National Team Trials and/or National Team Development roster spots. The NTIS is the most direct path for individual players to earn a spot in National Team programming.
The NTIS includes six age groups and must conform to the following international age guidelines:
11U NTIS: born on or after Jan. 1, 2013
12U NTIS: born on or after Jan. 1, 2012
13U NTIS: born on or after Jan. 1, 2011
14U NTIS: born on or after Jan. 1, 2010
15U NTIS: born on or after Jan. 1, 2009
16U NTIS: born on or after Jan. 1, 2008 OR born on or after Jan. 1, 2007 with an anticipated 2026 grad year
Your listed primary may not be your typical position. This is the position our Task Force has selected you to primarily play in this event based on where they feel you have the best chance for success at the National Team level based on your skill set.
STATE COMBINE DETAILS:
The state combine consists of a 1-day work out that includes on field skills testing and game play. Players will have an opportunity to demonstrate their abilities in front of our regional task force. SELECT AND REGISTER FOR 1 OF THE DATES FOR YOUR AGE GROUP. Current Dates and locations for State Combines are TBD, but will likely take place in June and at the University of Portland.
The combines include players selected from sections throughout the state and are based on 1 to 2 age groups performing together. Following the completion of ALL state combines throughout the NW Region, top players will be selected for Team Northwest to compete in the National Champions Cup at the USA Baseball Training Complex in Cary NC in August.

COMBINE ATTENDANCE REGISTRATION INFORMATION:
Each event has a limited number of spots and is managed by position. Spots are reserved in chronological registration order up to each position and event capacity. Once an event is full, you may join the waitlist but should also register for the other event remaining. Openings in an already full event will go first to players who have registered for the other event.
Formal Invitation
To assist us with finalizing the process please reply with one of the following:
I plan to have him attend Round 1.
I intend to register my player when the registration is available.
I would like my player to continue with Round 2 State Combine but have an unavoidable conflict with the final dates.
I do not intend to continue with the NTIS process this year and will decline my player’s selection to RD 2.
