A former standout at Washington State University and fourth-round MLB Draft selection, Mills has continued his career in professional baseball, gaining valuable experience competing at the highest levels of the game.

Mason Guerra serves as a Hitting Coach for the Northwest Nationals, bringing Division I and professional baseball experience to the development of aspiring hitters. A former standout at Oregon State University, Guerra is currently playing professionally in the Atlanta Braves organization.

Braden Bishop serves as the Mental Performance Coach for the Northwest Nationals, bringing Division I and Major League Baseball experience to the development of aspiring athletes. A former standout at the University of Washington and third-round MLB Draft selection by the Seattle Mariners in 2015, Bishop competed professionally and reached the Major League level, gaining firsthand experience performing under pressure at the highest levels of the game.

Sumeet Kumar serves as the Media and Creative Partner for the Northwest Nationals, bringing professional experience in photography, videography, branding, and digital storytelling to the program. As the owner of Eliteye Media, Kumar specializes in creating high-quality visual content that showcases athletes and elevates their presence both on and off the field.

Chef Liam Kampserves as the Chef for the Northwest Nationals, leading the organization's athlete nutrition program by preparing fresh, balanced, and performance-focused meals. Drawing on his professional culinary experience, Liam develops nutritious breakfasts, lunches, dinners, and snacks designed to fuel training, recovery, and overall health.

Tony Dabbs serves as the Apparel Coordinator for the Northwest Nationals, overseeing program merchandise and uniforms to ensure quality, consistency, and a professional standard across the organization.
